Neil qualified in 1983 and has practised in East Devon for all his career.
In addition to helping his clients, Neil has lectured and written widely. He has served on the Committee of the Devon Law Society and as an Adjudicator for the Legal Services Commission.
Neil is trained as a mediator and was admitted a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in 1996.
He is an associate member of Solicitors for the Elderly and a member of Resolution.
Outside the law, Neil plays the flute, with a particular interest in Early Music. His remaining ambition is to drive a Duchess class steam locomotive.
